Ellis Faas

This is Sooooo cool!!!
You must go to this website to take a look! Ellis Faas! So, who is Ellis Faas? The woman behind the brand...
www.ellisfaas.com
Vogue Paris cited Ellis Faas as "one of the most influential make-up artists of her time". And indeed, she has worked with the world's most pre-eminent fashion designers, photographers, stylists, hairdressers and models. Ellis’ work has been published on the covers of the world’s best-known fashion magazines. Additionally, Ellis has worked for make-up brands, such as Clinique, Lancôme and MAC Cosmetics – and she was asked by L'Oréal to create a make-up line for their skin care brand, Biotherm. After the contract with L’Oréal ended in 2007, the way was paved for her to create her own brand: ELLIS FAAS.

All products will come in similar shaped pens that hold the liquid colours. Right from when Ellis started developing her first ideas about the brand, she wanted the pens to be inspired by bullets. Award-winning industrial designer Arnout Visser took this idea and, together with Ellis, he started a long search for the perfect look, the best size, the right material et cetera. It has taken quite a while to get from idea to sketch to final design to computer simulation to the final product was finished, but it was worth the journey.

With the Ellis Holder you never have to empty your beauty case onto the table in order to find that specific product. The Holder is a lightweight container that fits a maximum of eight Ellis Faas products – and it is completely up to you to decide which ones you want to carry around. You simply “load” the Holder, placing the Skin Veil foundation in the middle and six pens around it.

The indicators on the back of the pens show you which product is what, and by turning the base of the Holder, the pens come up and down individually to make it easy to take them out.

The lid contains a mirror and holds a space to put the compact powder and sponge, or your shopping list, your pills, or whatever.
