Lip Jewels compact from Dolce & Gabbana

Designed by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana this exquisite compact is inspired by the designers most precious heirloom, a ruby ring, a significant emblem of brand’s Sicilian heritage. The palette contains the four most iconic shades personally selected from the complete Make Up collection.

At the Dolce&Gabbana Spring/Summer 2011 Ready to Wear show in Milan, Dolce&Gabbana evoked the relaxed elegance of Sicilian sensuality. The collection’s easy glamour was also evident in the palette used on models’ eyes and lips, each taken from Dolce&Gabbana The Make Up.The compact features four sublime shades of The Classic Cream Lipstick: Dahlia, Devil, Ultra and Nude. The three variations on red, shimmer and seduce: Dahlia is a vivid creamy blue red-classic red; Ultra is warm, entrancing and daring; Devil embodies the passion and intensity of an iconic Hollywood red. The fourth shade, Nude, provides delicate nuance and cunning contrast that also complements the trio of reds.
